As a transplanted Canadian/Californian, I was drawn to the Gig Harbor area by the incredible beauty, the outdoor lifestyle and the life affirming pace. As a long time real estate professional, the value presented by properties in this area made the decision to be part of the Gig Harbor neighborhood an easy one !
Whether you are in the area because of its' easy access to the Tacoma/Seattle metropolitan area and Seatac, or are looking for a place ...
